Canada's BCE agrees to stump up more for CTV

TV News: It will pay mandated fee for content -- MONTREAL -- Telco giant Bell Canada Enterprises said Tuesday that it will pay between C$143 million ($144 million) and $223 million for content production in its bid to take control of leading TV network CTV.
