Pamela Anderson made a surprise guest appearance on "Bigg Boss," the Indian version of Big Brother, Wednesday dressed in a saree which was specially designed for her by Mumbai-based fashion designer Ashley Rebello. Anderson will be a celebrity guest for three days on the ongoing fourth season of Bigg Boss.
